Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

Welcome to Bio Alquemie. By using bioalquemie.com, vault.bioalquemie.com, the Sacred Sound Vault, Apothecary shop, Cosmic Identity, Brain Spa, Spirit Messages, Alquemist Guide, subscriptions, account tools, or related features, you agree to these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. Please also review our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Accounts & Eligibility

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to make a purchase, create an account, redeem paid access, join affiliate programs, or use the Vault.

Purchases, Checkout & Pricing

Prices, product details, availability, currency, shipping options, taxes, discounts, and subscription terms are shown at checkout where applicable and may change over time. Products purchased through Wix may be subject to Wix checkout and payment workflows. Products purchased through the Vault or server checkout may be processed through Stripe. We do not store complete payment card numbers in the Vault app.

Subscriptions & Cancellation

Subscription plans renew according to the checkout terms shown at purchase. Subscriptions can be cancelled. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, cancellation prevents future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Digital Products, Access Codes & Entitlements

Digital products, digital access, downloadable content, audio access, frequency sessions, in-app access, access codes, and other non-physical digital items are generally delivered immediately. They are not refundable unless required by law or expressly approved by Bio Alquemie. Access grants, redemption codes, promo codes, referral codes, manual grants, temporary grants, beta access, and subscription tiers may be linked to your account or checkout email so purchased or redeemed content can be restored.

Physical Products, Shipping & Returns

Physical fulfillment may be handled through our shipping tools and fulfillment providers. Returns and refunds for physical products are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Physical products must be returned in unopened or gently used condition, must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund, and damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Affiliate, Referral & Promotion Tools

Affiliate links, referral codes, promo codes, saved discounts, and related dashboards are provided only for authorized use. We may attribute signups and sales, calculate tiered commissions, approve or deny affiliate applications, mark commissions paid, and revoke or restrict affiliate or promo privileges if we believe a tool is misused, fraudulent, misleading, or violates our policies.

License & Acceptable Use

Bio Alquemie content, audio, artwork, images, writing, product data, code, designs, marks, and app experiences are owned by Bio Alquemie or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, personal license to use the services for lawful personal use. You may not resell access, copy protected content, scrape or attack the service, bypass entitlement controls, interfere with security systems, submit unlawful content, impersonate others, or use the service in a way that harms users, Bio Alquemie, or our providers.

Security, Abuse Prevention & Account Integrity

To protect users and systems, we may use rate limits, verification codes, password reset controls, lockouts, honeypots, IP tracking, IP bans, email bans, request logging, and admin review tools. Suspicious traffic, abuse, fraud, brute-force attempts, scraping, probes, or attempts to bypass access controls may result in blocked requests, account restrictions, cancellation of access, or other protective actions.

User Messages, Support & Submitted Content

If you send support messages, Spirit Messages, affiliate applications, feedback, uploads, product media, or other content through the service, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and you allow Bio Alquemie to use it as needed to provide support, operate the requested feature, review applications, manage catalog content, or maintain the service.

Wellness, Frequency, Breathwork & Interpretation Disclaimer

Bio Alquemie content, including audio frequencies, meditation tracks, guided breathing exercises, visualizers, intention cards, astrology-style features, Cosmic Identity, spiritual-style interpretation, Hyperpet play, affiliate or product education content, and related content, is provided for general wellness, reflection, relaxation, creativity, personal growth, and entertainment purposes only.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, financial advice, or emergency care. Do not listen to frequency sessions, meditation tracks, breathwork exercises, or immersive audio while driving, operating heavy machinery, supervising children in a way that requires full attention, or doing anything that requires alertness and safety.

Privacy & Data Processing

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how it is used, retention categories, service providers, marketing choices, account deletion, security logging, Cosmic Identity data, affiliate data, product feeds, and other privacy practices. Continued use of the services means you acknowledge those practices.

Agreement Updates

We may update these terms, the Privacy Policy, the End User License Agreement, or other required documents. When changes are material, we may update the "Last Updated" date, post the updated policy, require renewed in-app agreement acceptance, or notify users through the app or email where appropriate.

Disclaimers & Liability

The services are provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We work to keep the service secure and available, but no internet-based service can be guaranteed error-free, uninterrupted, or 100% secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bio Alquemie's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
