Return & Refund Policy

Physical products
We want you to be happy with your order. You may return unused, unopened physical products (such as elixirs and body mists) within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.
- To start a return, email hello@bioalquemie.com with your order number.
- We'll send return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected for condition. Once approved, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you.
Digital products & subscriptions
Because digital audio, experiences, and subscription access are delivered immediately, digital purchases are generally non-refundable once accessed. You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account to stop all future billing; you keep access through the end of the current paid period. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we'll make it right.
