Where we ship

Physical apothecary products purchased through Bio Alquemie Stripe checkout currently ship to addresses within the United States. U.S. shipping is free and appears at checkout as Free U.S. shipping.

International shipping is not currently enabled for Stripe checkout. If international shipping is enabled later, any shipping charges will be shown before payment.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). During launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer; we will let you know if there is a delay.

Delivery estimates

• United States: typically 3-7 business days after shipping.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a confirmation with tracking so you can follow it to your door.

Digital products

Frequency audio, subscriptions, and digital experiences are delivered inside your Bio Alquemie account. No shipping is required for digital access.
