Where we ship

We ship physical apothecary products within the United States and Canada. Shipping options and any applicable costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer; we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery estimates

• United States: typically 3–7 business days after shipping.
• Canada: typically 6–12 business days after shipping, plus any customs processing.

Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a confirmation with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
